Jane Jewitt, Registered Therapeutic Counsellor

(RTC) #2277 with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT) and a Certified Professional Transformational Coach.

Welcome to this powerful space of healing

My calling is Transformation. I am here to help guide you through the life changing process of growing out of who you thought you were and into who you were always born to be. Breaking free of your past, stepping into your true authentic power and living beyond your story. Releasing and dissolving everything that you are NOT, in order to allow who you truly are.

I will work with you in a fully integrated process of freeing the mind, healing and dissolving emotional stuckness and trauma. I will help you to break free of the self-destructive patterns and belief systems that no longer serve you and guide you through a process to help heal the past. True healing requires feeling and a willingness to take responsibility for ourselves and our story. It’s my purpose and intention to help my clients reclaim their authentic power, heal their self-worth, gain inner strength and trust.

Personal qualities / strengths as a counsellor

For the past decade I have been dedicated to my own healing journey. Willing to do whatever it took to rewrite the stories that I thought defined me and release the old patterns and behaviors that were not serving me. Today I live a life of joy, empowerment, love, abundance, self-compassion and freedom. Transformation is available to us all.

Therapy modalities Jane uses in her counselling practice

My approach is experiential in nature and grounded in Transpersonal Psychology, Family Systems Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry and Trauma Regression Realignment.

She has since worked at various boutique and resort spas and spent time on Galiano Island growing her mobile-spa before returning to the Lower Mainland in 2017. Calm & Relaxed are two keywords that are the intent for every treatment she provides.

She has envisioned being part of a team whose focus is on mental health and fostering beauty from the inside out. She is grateful her career has landed her at Vita Vitalis Harmonized Health and whole-heartedly agrees with Dr. Judith de Niet’s philosophy that Counseling, Massage Therapy and Esthetics can and should go hand in hand. Christina is looking forward to engaging with clients and providing services that complement the healing process.

When Christina isn’t working she is enjoying time with family and friends (preferably in the outdoors), serving the community, and attempting stand up comedy.

She is planning on broadening her education in the industry to offer more treatments like Reflexology and Reiki Healing– stay tuned!
